(taken from "Deadfuck" from S.O.E) Either there is some sick fuck out there or this must be the "Season Of Evil." This six song cd from Season of Evil is killer and about killing and probably made by killers, only time will tell. Houses of horrors, axe murders, and yes of course, corpses rising from their graves!!! I love it. Even though i am normally used to these lyrics in a extremely heavy gore metal style, ie. Six Feet Under these hard hitters still fuck shit up. Is it punk, metal, or thrash? Yes and no. All that matters is that this cd has been in and out of my cd player for the past month and i still love it. It is extremely catchy, easy to understand and perfect for those moods when you dont want your skull being pounded in by those heavenly blast beats. Season of Evil would be the perfect band to drop in a metal show where you want varied forms of metal. I see great things from these guys whether it will be a killer tour, murder rampage on the metal charts or a guest spot on the most wanted list. S.O.E could very well be writing the next great horror movie, with lyrical content of this nature. Come enjoy the pounding beat, awesome crunchy guitars, and put on your mask of rotted skin and bask in th glow during this "Season of Evil!!!"
