Well after a long awaited arrival I have obtained this CD from eBay. Upon receiving it 3 days ago I have been jamming it off and on and have found it to be very easy to listen to more than once no annoying bullshit songs. I have found a variety of things that are new and more experimental as far as guitar sounds, at least compared to the first CD. All tracks are vicious with free flowing song structures that are indeed predictable at times but I'm not sure that's a bad thing. According to the individual. For me its not a bad thing. This time around you get more of that riffsaw choppage from the guitar that powered the first albums original appeal for me. The guitar is even heavier and more crunchy than the previous release. This time it was produced at Pinhead studios instead of Skansen Studio. Turned out to be a good move for this disc has a better over all depth. When played on a big stereo its fucking house shaking heavy. I like the fact that Frediablo don't give a fuck about what anyone thinks of his 'nu-metal' riffs mixed with classic early death metal one string riffs and black metal ambient riffs, its great and if you are a open minded metal head who don't like to paint yourself into a corner and box yourself in with categories and labels then for sure this album would be a great addition to your album collection. Its not a nu-metal drenched album by any means but you will find those downtuned power grooving riffs hitting often throughout this disc. So if you simply despise any and all nu-metal no matter what context it is in, then avoid this album. I personally love every fucking bit of this disc. Of course as usual it was recorded under the influence of weed, whiskey and pure fucking horror and gore. Giving thanks in the thanks list to such people as Gunnar "Leatherface" Hansen as well as Tobe Hooper. A hail to Texas Chainsaw Massacre of course.
