This is Rock M. Hard Records first foray into the world of metal compilations. This grouping of unsigned metal bands of all genres is well presented in true metal spirit. We'll take each band, one at a time:

Beverly Beer Bellys
"Hellerbock"
The first thought that came to mind was a well executed, updated version  of our good buddies Motorhead. This frantic, guitar driven band would appeal to both punk and metal fans.

Chainsnap
"Hollow"
One word: Heavy. Chainsnap is faithfully following in footsteps of Pantera and the like, and this track possesses a hard, grinding sound that
ensures great things from this up and coming band. These guys are destined to produce some future metal classics.

Tinnitus
"Falling Down"
Put a bunch of horny guys, as well as musically talented metalheads, in a room and hand them some guitars, and you end up with Tinnitus. This midtempo, heavily distorted metal bashing is easily deserving of some
heavy respect amongst the most discriminating metalheads.

MayhemEye
"9/11"
MayhemEye has taken a unique approach in remembering this nation's greatest tragedy. Their gritty yet moving tribute to the victims of the 9/11 attacks should serve as a rally cry to those metalheads who were
affected by the horror of that day.

Three Headed Moses
"Back To The Ozarks"
These guys, at first, put me in mind of old Black Sabbath, until they broke into an all out, thrash meets death metal assault that just blew me away. This is some true mosh music and a fitting tribute to bands like
Deicide and Death. Heavy, heavy, heavy and two horns up to Three Headed Moses.

Verbal Narcotic
"Blind Aggression"
There's nothing I like better than to mix in guitar talent with some truly heavy, skull crushing music. Verbal Narcotic is a band that not only does this, but does it well. These guys are on their way, so don't miss the boat.

Black Buffalo
"Headlights"
With a name like Black Buffalo, how can you go wrong? This midtempo grinder hearkens back to bands like Candlemas. This a sound that could very well provide the metal scene with a much needed kick in the ass.
Their two vocal sound is nothing short of an assault on the senses. Black Buffalo is certainly a mush worthy crew.

Under Eden
"Veil of Twilight"
Having been no stranger to Under Eden, I knew that these guys would not fail to impress. Wielding a thick, two guitar driven sound, this Black Metal outfit delivers the good with sensibility and taste that many bands on the scene these days lack. Talent is in no short supply where Under Eden is concerned, and they've won a fan in me.
